Due to the recent update made by Cpanel. The Lets Encrypt option has now been disabled. To install the free SSL, you can follow the steps below. 

 

1. Log into your cPanel account.

 

2. In the Security section, click on the SSL/TLS Status icon.

 

3. Select the domain, and click on Run Autossl. This should show you success once done. 

Please note that the Auto SSL might take some time to complete. Also, this process can be done for renewal, sub-domains, and add-ons.
