Unfortunately, we cannot send you the private key.
The private key is created on your own server at the exact moment you generate the CSR, and it never leaves your server. WhoGoHost only keeps the CSR and the issued certificate — we never receive or store private keys.
What to do:
- If the key is simply lost → generate a new CSR (this automatically creates a new private key), then request a free reissue.
- If the key has been compromised/stolen → you must reissue immediately for security reasons.
Just create a fresh CSR in cPanel and open a support ticket with it. We’ll reissue and install the new certificate right away.
