To transfer your Google Workspace account to WhoGoHost,
- Place an order for the number of email accounts you want to transfer to us.
- Make payment for your order.
- Generate the transfer token from the admin end of your Google Workspace account to transfer it to us. You may visit https://admin.google.com/TransferToken to retrieve this using your admin login details
- Once logged in, tick the checkbox to agree to the terms and conditions
- Under Enter Reseller's Public Identifier, enter C01nnndmd as the public identifier.
- Click Confirm Reseller Identifier to confirm the identifier that you have inputted
- Verify that the domain name and business name is Whogohost
- Click the Generate Token button and click Copy Code
Once you have these details, please send it to support@whogohost.com to help you complete the transfer process.
Kindly note that Transfer Token must be sent within 14 days of the token generation as it expires 14 days after it has been generated. In case it expires, generate the transfer token again and send it to us.
