1. Log in to your WHM via domain/whm.
2. Click on List Accounts.
3. Find the account you want to manage and click the plus (+) icon next to it to expand the options.
4. Click the username or main domain to select the account.
5. To suspend, optionally add a note explaining why, then click Suspend.
6. To unsuspend, click Unsuspend.
Note: If the account has a bandwidth limit restriction, unsuspending may fail. Adjust the bandwidth in the package settings if necessary.
