Yes, but only within the allowed windows:
- If the certificate has already been issued → you can request a full refund within 5 days of issuance.
- If you paid for the SSL but it has not yet been issued → you can cancel and get a full refund within 30 days from the purchase date.
After these periods, refunds are no longer possible.
To request a refund, simply send an email to billing@whogohost.com or open a ticket here: https://whogohost.com/submitticket.php
Include your domain name and the invoice number.
This policy applies to all certificates (Sectigo, Certum, etc.).
