Renewing your SSL works almost exactly like buying a new one — the only difference is that you’ll generate a fresh CSR.
- About 30 days before expiry, we’ll automatically create a renewal invoice for you.
- Once you’ve paid the invoice, simply generate a new CSR in cPanel (same steps as the first time).
- After that, go to your WhoGoHost client area → My Services → your SSL → click “Renew/Reissue” and paste the new CSR.
- Complete the quick validation again, and the renewed certificate will be issued and installed automatically.
Important: If your certificate status shows “Terminated” or “Revoked”, renewal is no longer possible — you’ll need to place a completely new order.
